We have two Past Life Regression courses available. One for those who have already gained a diploma in Hypnotherapy and another course which is open to those who have not trained as a therapist.

Past Life Regression is a totally fascinating subject. Many people are curious to find out ‘who they were’ in a previous life. Some Hypnotherapists choose not to delve into this phenomena, but those who do embrace the concept, quickly learn that regressing a client back to a ‘previous incarnation’, truly can have beneficial effects in helping people understand, and overcome some of the issues they face within their current life.
Interestingly, when contemplating training in this art, the personal view of the therapist should be set aside, as it plays no important role. In our opinion, all Hypnotherapists should have this skill available to enhance their practice.

Who is this course for
This course is open to all qualified Hypnotherapists, regardless of when or with whom they initially trained. Your own personal view of the subject is not important, and sadly many Hypnotherapists choose not to offer this type of therapy, just because they themselves perhaps find it a little ‘far-fetched’, or do not ‘believe in re-incarnation’. However, as we are all different, even if you don’t, your client may totally embrace the idea? Many people seek to undergo a Past Life Regression simply for personal interest.

day 1
- The history of re-incarnation and Past Life Regression.
- A look at some ‘evidence’ and case studies produced by others.
- Understanding the difference between Past Life Regression and Past Life Therapy.
- Discovering terminology commonly used in our everyday language which has references to re-incarnation.
- Cryptomnesia and Xenoglossy.
- The classic pattern and key flow methods.
- The process used to conduct a Past Life Regression.
- Types of scripts commonly used.
- The questioning process and avoidance of creating false memories.
- Importance of correct re-emergence procedure: How to safely re-orientate and ground clients, ensuring they are happy and able to continue with their day.
- Practical Experience.
day 2
- Pre-session client consultation.
- Further learning on the questioning process during a regression.
- Safety procedures: Further knowledge of re-emergence process plus client understanding & acceptance of the experience.
- Client aftercare.
- Further practical experience of conducting a session and enjoy a past life regression yourself if you wish to. Please note: it is not obligatory to undergo a regression yourself, if you choose not to, your decision will be totally respected.
- Group discussion.

This course is open to everyone regardless of if you have trained as any kind of therapist, or not.
Past Life Regression is a totally fascinating subject. Many people are curious to find out ‘who they were’ in a previous life.
No experience of any kind is needed to join this course. We will teach you deep relaxation techniques and the process of guiding others back to a place in their mind that stores memories of their past lives.
