Course Booking Terms and Conditions

If we need to cancel your course and cannot provide a suitable alternative course date for you, we will, of course, refund any monies you have paid to us, in full.

If you cancel your booking please note that all deposits are non-refundable but if you would like to simply transfer your booking to another course date, we will do this free of charge.

In the case that you have paid your course fee in full, or part thereof, prior to your attending the course, you will be entitled to a refund less the deposit amount plus an administration charge of £25.00 per cancellation, providing that you have given us at least 14 days’ notice of your intention. Any cancellations received after 14 days will be dealt with at our discretion.

Please note that The Somerset School of Hypnotherapy will not be responsible for, or cover any consequential costs incurred due to us cancelling your booking.
